Huehuetenango is one of the non-volcanic regions of Guatemala that has a varied topography. With mountains and peaks exceeding 12,631 feet (3,850 meters) above sea level in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes! The coffee is grown at altitudes reaching 6,561 feet (2000 meters). Main characteristics are: Fine, Intense, Full Body and Pleasant Flavor With Notes of Acidity.
Huehuetenango es una de las regiones no volcaicas de Guatemala que tiene una topografia variada. Con montañas y cimas que exceden 3,850 msnm (12,631 feet) en la Sierra de los Cuchumatanes! El cafe se cultiva en alturas que alcanzan los 2,000 msnm (6,562 feet). Caracteristicas principales: es de acidez fina e intensa cuerpo lleno y agradable con notas avinatadas

Antigua is grown in the area located between volcanoes. It is at an altitude of 4,822-4,921 feet (1,470-1500 meters) above sea level. Internationally recognized for its fertile soil and growing under the shade of other trees, this helps to preserve the environment. Main characteristics: Elegant, Well Balanced, With Exquisite Aroma and Tastes Particularly Sweet.
Antigua se cultiva en una zona localizada entre volcanes. Esta a un alttitud de 1,470-1,500 msnm (4,822-4,921 feet). Reconocido internacionalmente por sus suelos fertiles ya que crecen bajo la sombra de otros arboles, que ayudan a la preservaciondel medio ambiente. Caractaristicas principales: es elegante, bien balanceada, con un exquisito aroma y sabor particularmente dulce.

Our journey began in the latter part of 2016. As my day job faced a turndown leading to eventual layoff, we decided to roast coffee and sell it. We had been bringing Guatemalan Coffee to family and friends for years as gifts.
We have found that we can bring joy to peoples lives doing something that we enjoy. We focus on quality over quantity roasting small batch Guatemalan coffees. We pray that you can taste the love that we put into each pound of coffee that we roast.
